We're seeking an experienced Customer Service professional, preferably with e-commerce background, to recover abandoned carts through personalized messaging and live chat support.. Key Responsibilities. . Monitor and message customers who abandon their shopping carts with personalized outreach.. . Use live chat and messaging tools to re-engage customers and encourage purchase completion.. . Execute . cross-selling and upselling techniques. to increase order value.. .
