Establish and manage all recruitment and resourcing functions and processes. . . Lead, train and support delivery consultants, offering oversight and troubleshooting where required. . . Manage full-cycle candidate delivery for both contract and permanent placements. . . Oversee recruitment operations including workflow optimisation, database hygiene, and quality assurance. . . Recommend and implement recruitment technology, automation tools, and AI solutions. . . Liaise with clients confidently and professionally, ensuring strong service delivery. . . Ideal Background. . Experience in resource management or senior delivery roles within recruitment. . . Exposure to . RPO environments . and experience working in . start-up or growth-stage businesses.. . . Experience recruiting in the . technology sector. (healthtech experience is a strong plus). . . Proven ability to train, mentor, or manage junior consultants. . .
