As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to oil and gas products and services while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding oil and gas services, product details, and pricing via phone, email, and chat in French.. . Assist customers with service activation, troubleshooting issues, and navigating billing queries.. . Provide accurate and timely information to enhance the customer experience and ensure satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service delivery.. . Stay updated on industry news and product changes to provide relevant information to customers.. . . Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.. . Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.. . Ability to handle sensitive and complex inquiries with professionalism.. . Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office applications.. .
