Key Responsibilities:. . Partner with UK-based Account Managers to understand client requirements and role specifications.. . Develop and execute effective multi-channel talent sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, and referrals.. . Headhunt passive talent and conduct proactive market mapping for hard-to-fill or niche positions.. . Craft compelling, SEO-friendly job adverts to maximise response and application quality.. . Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews, ensuring robust compliance and skill checks.. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within CRM/ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or Vincere.. . Prepare and submit high-quality CVs and interview summaries to Account Managers in a timely manner.. . Support candidates through the entire recruitment journey – from interview prep to offer negotiation.. . Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including:. . . Number of candidates sourced. . CVs submitted. . Interviews arranged. . Candidate conversion ratios. . Database compliance standards. . . Qualifications and Experience:. . Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a recruitment agency environment, specifically in a 180 sourcing/resourcing role.. . At least 2 years of proven international recruitment experience.. . Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern headhunting techniques.. . Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Vincere, or similar).. . Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.. . High-level organisational and time management capabilities.. . Access to a laptop, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.. .
