Act as a true business partner to leaders across the organization, building trust and influencing hiring decisions. . Own full-cycle recruiting, bringing expertise in attracting top talent and guiding leaders through the process. . Partner with each function to design tailored recruiting strategies that align with business goals. . Partner with the rest of the talent team to use best practices in sourcing, structured interviewing, and candidate experience. . Use data and technology to optimize hiring processes, ensuring speed, quality, and scalability. . Who you are:  . 3+  years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an innovative technology company (B2B SASS preferred)  . Proven success hiring in either technical (engineering/product) or GTM functions . Strong relationship-builder with the ability to influence leaders and create alignment. . Skilled at managing multiple searches without sacrificing quality or candidate experience. . Proficient in modern ATS and sourcing tools, and excited to leverage AI-powered recruiting tech. .
