Support the bid and proposal process, ensuring materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.. Maintain organized records of proposals, sales activity, and operational documentation.. Assist with sales outreach support, follow-ups, and coordination.. Support travel planning, scheduling, and logistics for client meetings and business development.. Coordinate across sales, operations, and leadership to keep work moving forward.. Document processes and assist with creating simple SOPs and templates.. Ensure accuracy, organization, and consistency across operational tasks.. Handle business and client information with confidentiality and professionalism.. High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.. 2–4 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or coordination roles.. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.. Clear written and verbal communication skills.. Comfortable working with common business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM or project tools).. Company Location: Philippines.
