Ideal Candidate Profile. 2+ years managing UGC, influencer, or creator programs with measurable performance results . Deep fluency in TikTok and Instagram ecosystems . Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Social Snowball or similar) . Strong relationship builder who can motivate and enforce accountability . Data-driven decision-maker .
