Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer support in German to clients in the telecommunications industry.. . Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.. . Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance to clients.. . Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.. .
