YOU WILL . . Strengthen and develop the existing PMO structure by implementing efficient governance, methodologies, and reporting practices.. . Evaluate and streamline current processes, tools, and templates to enhance project delivery performance.. . Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency.. . Support Project Managers with standardized frameworks, best practices, and hands-on guidance.. . Monitor project performance across the portfolio (timeline, risk, budget, benefits).. . Prepare consolidated reports and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.. . Coordinate resource planning and support capacity management across projects.. . Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project community.. . . 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, including 2+ years in a PMO leadership role.. . Solid understanding of PMO models, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).. . Experience in scaling or maturing PMO structures, ideally post-reorganization or transformation.. . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.. . Fluency in English (C1 or higher).. . Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel).. . PMO certifications (e.g. P3O, MoP, PgMP) are a plus.. . Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).. . Company Location: Poland.
