As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven products that transform how individuals interact with the job market and education landscape. Design and deploy predictive models such as salary estimators and demographic predictors to power core analytics.. . Fine-tune existing classifiers and develop novel features that support product innovation and commercialization.. . Apply NLP and LLM-based tools for data enrichment, classification, and entity recognition.. . Write clean, scalable Python code and build reproducible data pipelines using tools such as AWS S3, Snowflake, and Coiled (Dask).. . Ensure model performance, integrity, and compliance through rigorous evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with QA and data engineering teams.. . Mentor junior team members, support cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to product planning and strategic conversations.. . . 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of building and deploying ML models in production.. . Proficient in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, spaCy, transformers, and NumPy.. . Strong experience with NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and model classification techniques.. . Familiarity with AWS (especially S3), Snowflake, Dask/Coiled, and strong SQL capabilities.. . Knowledge of entity matching, taxonomy design, and data governance best practices.. . Excellent communication and documentation skills; experience leading initiatives and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.. .
