About the Role: . We’re hiring a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant for HR/Staffing support and marketing outreach. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks. . Key Responsibilities:. HR Coordination Support . . Track new hire onboarding paperwork; follow up with clinicians as needed to complete documentation. . . Post ads on Indeed and other various websites to attract candidates. . . Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to set interviews . . Keep Staffing CRM updated . . . Keep a record of complaints, concerns, infections, and issues . . Assist in onboarding orientation for policies and software for new clinicians . . Assist new clinicians in first-time entering their notes . . Review weekly patient schedules to confirm all necessary details are in place and patients assigned, and information is sent to clinicians . . Assist in looking up information in our software for clinicians or administrators . . Assist in staffing cases by reaching out to clinicians to find out availability . . Assist in answering the main line, routing, or responding appropriately to support the administrator.. . Marketing Coordination Support. . . Research new healthcare providers (e.g., doctors) online and gather their contact details.. . Conduct outreach calls to introduce services and assess potential interest. . . Maintain and update the marketing database. . . Send follow-up marketing emails and help coordinate appointments for the administrator. . . Possibly post and send out campaigns on social media and Mailchimp. . What We’re Looking For:. . Strong English communication skills, especially phone-based. . . Confident and comfortable conversing professionally with clients and clinicians. . . Excellent multitasking ability and attention to detail. . . Strong proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and OneDrive.. . Fast learner who can work independently and reliably. . . No prior medical or home health experience required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. . . Prefers to have a headset that is easier to speak and hear with clinicians/staff . . MUST have current overnight working experience. We seek candidates who are already acclimated to the time difference, as this will enhance the efficiency of our training sessions.. . Required. .
