Your Responsibilities. . Provide immediate assistance to French-speaking customers during roadside emergencies, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.. . Diagnose customer's vehicle issues and coordinate appropriate solutions swiftly.. . Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the process.. . Document all interactions and resolutions accurately to enhance service quality.. . Collaborate with team members and service providers to deliver prompt solutions.. . Engage in continuous training to stay informed about luxury vehicle features and roadside assistance protocols.. . Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
