Deliver top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.. . Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.. . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.. . Work closely with team members to resolve any arising issues in a timely manner.. . Engage in continuous training to improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.. .
