
Account Executive Level 2 at Health iPASS. As an Account Executive Level 2, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and deepening relationships with key clients. This mid-senior level position is suited for a results-oriented sales professional who has a strong track record of success in SaaS and/or healthcare technology sales. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle with minimal oversight, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, consultative sales acumen, and customer-centric execution to expand our footprint and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: . . Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed quota objectives.. . Own and manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.. . Cultivate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building strategies.. . Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.. . Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and account expansion opportunities.. . Proactively resolve client concerns and issues with a focus on retention and reputation management.. . Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.. . Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a SaaS or B2B environment.. . Strong command of consultative sales and negotiation techniques.. . Proficiency in CRM tools such as Hubspot; solid Microsoft Office skills.. . Excellent communication and presentation abilities.. . Strong organizational and time-management skills.. .
