Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that drive business results and enhance the product experience.. Turn complex ideas and data into intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web.. Collaborate with Product, Dev, and Marketing teams to align design with goals and ensure consistency.. Evolve and maintain the Design System and contribute to CRO and user-testing initiatives.. You’re going to need this to be successful in this role. 4+ years of experience in Product or UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio of shipped projects.. Mastery of Figma and mobile-first design principles.. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.. Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking and data-driven decisions.. It’s nice if you also have . Experience in conversion-focused design and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).. Skills in motion design, prototyping, or basic HTML/CSS.. Experience mentoring other designers or contributing to design systems.. Interest in AI tools or automation in creative workflows..
