Accountabilities:. . Analyze performance data from multiple platforms (GA, GSC, syndication, etc.) to identify opportunities for audience growth and conversion optimization.. . Lead and evolve the A/B testing roadmap, from ideation and setup to implementation and analysis.. . Write persuasive, conversion-oriented copy across CTAs, headlines, and landing pages, aligning with the brand’s editorial voice.. . Optimize UX and site functionality to enhance performance and engagement across funnels.. . Scale high-impact monetization strategies and affiliate product placements across content and platforms.. . Drive improvements to syndicated content performance and expand revenue-driving opportunities on the flagship site.. . Use AI tools to speed up analysis, creative development, and testing cycles.. . Collaborate with teams across marketing, editorial, design, and tech to prioritize and execute optimization projects.. . . At least 5 years of experience driving digital performance growth across multiple acquisition channels (SEO, paid, email, etc.).. . Proven success running A/B tests and using CRO platforms (VWO, Convert, Optimizely, etc.) to improve key KPIs.. . Proficiency with Google Analytics and other data tools for performance analysis.. .
