We’re looking for a world-class Head of Marketing Operations to build and scale the marketing engine behind OneImaging’s member communications. As our first senior hire in this function, you will own the marketing technology stack end-to-end, ensuring it’s built for speed, compliance, and scale across. Your mission is to work cross-functionally to build the systems, data flows, and processes that turn strategy into execution at scale. You'll work closely with our growth, product, engineering, and data teams to build infrastructure that executes precision marketing, based on either planned campaigns or data-driven triggers, which are compliant, timely, and effective.. Responsibilities:. . Select, implement, and manage all tools related to marketing automation, customer data integration, attribution, and campaign execution.. . Create scalable systems to launch multi-step, multi-channel marketing campaigns triggered by claims, prior authorization (PA) data, or other system events across customers.. . Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate campaign asset development (e.g., email drafts, copy variants, personalization tokens) and streamline QA workflows.. . Design reusable templates, segmentation logic, and workflows to enable personalization of marketing campaigns at scale.. . Establish processes and systems to enforce HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance across all marketing channels (SMS, email, direct mail, etc.).. . Build systems and workflows to maintain accuracy, deduplication, and enrichment of member contact data across all systems.. . Partner with engineering and product to integrate our marketing tools with core operational systems (e.g., claims feeds, EHRs, CRM, care navigation tools).. . Incorporate generative AI and analytics tools to improve segmentation, message timing, and channel selection based on performance trends and member behavior.. . Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly—on time, to the right people, in the right channel—and continuously improve through reporting and feedback loops.. . Reduce friction in campaign setup and execution, allowing the broader marketing and growth teams to focus on creative, strategy, and optimization.. . Qualifications:. . 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in regulated or complex B2C or B2B2C environments.. . Proven track record building and scaling marketing automation systems across email, SMS, and direct mail.. . Understanding of marketing compliance requirements, including HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.. . Strong familiarity with tools such as Braze, Iterable, Segment, or similar platforms.. . Hands-on experience integrating marketing platforms with product, data, and backend systems—APIs, event streams, and secure data feeds.. . Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and legal teams.. . High attention to detail and comfort owning mission-critical infrastructure with compliance and performance implications.. . Passion for operational excellence and enabling scalable growth.. .
