We’re building a new SaaS product from the ground up and are looking for a Product Owner who thrives in a start-up-like environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape a product from its early stages, influence key decisions, and work closely with a small, focused team. As Product Owner, you will play a critical role in shaping our product direction by understanding client requirements, defining solutions, and working closely with development and business teams to deliver high-value features and improvements.. Responsibilities. : . . Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, their pain points, and their goals.. . Gather, analyse, and translate client requirements into clear product specifications.. . Prioritise product features and enhancements based on client impact, business objectives, and technical feasibility.. . Define and maintain product documentation including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.. . Collaborate daily with developers, designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery.. . Review and validate developed features to confirm they meet defined requirements and user needs.. . Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for our SaaS offerings.. . Work with business and client-facing teams to ensure new features are understood and effectively utilised.. . Monitor usage data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.. . . Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working on SaaS platforms or technology products.. . Strong understanding of SaaS business models and how product features contribute to customer retention, growth, and operational efficiency.. . Proven ability to gather and analyse requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into actionable product work.. . Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.. . Strong prioritisation skills with a focus on delivering maximum value within resource constraints.. . Confident in working closely with developers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and make decisions promptly.. . Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behaviour, product usage data, and business metrics to inform decisions.. . Experience documenting product requirements clearly, including business rules, data requirements, and user interface expectations.. . Desirable. . Background in CRM systems, promotional platforms, fintech products, or similar SaaS solutions.. . Experience in API-driven platforms and understanding integrations between systems.. . Ability to wireframe or mock up basic UI flows to communicate product concepts.. . Familiarity with user acceptance testing processes and validation of business rules.. .  .
