Senior CRM Architect - Contract at TEKenable. We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Architect to provide high-level technical expertise and oversight on our existing Dynamics 365 technical architecture. . You will be required to lead and provide guidance to our CRM developer and Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have the ability to optimize complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and provide technical management, support and maintenance of our existing infrastructure including ensuring that the system is secure, reliable and robust. . This role requires the architect to work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical strategies, oversee architecture and integrations with other technologies, and ensure the long-term viability, scalability, and performance of the system. They will also be required to provide technical leadership to development teams and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. .  . Key Responsibilities . Solution Design and Strategy: Develop the high-level technical blueprint for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technology strategies. . Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor teams of technical consultants and developers through the design and implementation process. . Architecture and Optimization: Review and improve solution architecture, data models, integrations, and automation workflows, focusing on performance, scalability, and sustainability. . Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, and ensure quality deliverables. . Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for client and executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and translating complex technical information into clear, actionable recommendations. . Methodology and Best Practices: Ensure the project adheres to Microsoft's best practices and delivery frameworks and contribute to the development of reusable assets. . Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for both the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies. . Demonstrated strong functional and technical knowledge of all Dynamics 365 core apps as well as the overarching platform . Proven Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse is essential for building modern solutions . Proven experience with Azure services, especially those for integration like Logic Apps and Service Bus, that is critical for enterprise-level solutions . Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and cost[1]effective solutions that meet business requirements . Proven experience with various integration patterns and technologies . Proven experience in planning data migration strategies and designing robust security models. Required skills and experience. The senior architect requires extensive proven expertise in all areas of Dynamics 365. They will require a strong understanding of integration technologies like APIs and ESBs. Proven experience with development and deployment tools, such as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. . Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale implementations in a public sector organisation. . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. . Proven experience in CRM modernization and architecture optimization..
