These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles.. Successful candidates will play a key role in optimizing production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.. Key Responsibilities. Successful candidates will be responsible for:. Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations . Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow . Optimizing workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels . Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams . Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives . Ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, and internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards . Monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance . Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation . Leading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, and planners . Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions . Contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field . 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations . Experience in one or more of the following areas: . Manufacturing or Production Management . Supply Chain Management or Planning . Procurement or Sourcing . Logistics or Distribution Operations . Manufacturing or Process Engineering . Quality Engineering or Quality Management . Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, systems, and best practices . Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies . Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems . Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills . Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments . Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is advantageous. Company Location: United States.
