Key responsibilities:. Manage and own the full sales process: from opportunity stage through proposal, negotiation, contract and handover. . Engage with decision‑makers in construction, warehousing or industrial asset organisations who are considering a shift to electric alternatives. . Present and articulate the value proposition of the electric‑drivetrain equipment: zero emissions, low noise, robust build, cost savings, environmental benefits. . Work with internal teams (lead generation, product specialists, operations) to ensure smooth deal execution. . Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline progress. . Hit defined sales targets; performance‑based variable remuneration. . What you’ll bring:. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably selling capital equipment, industrial goods, or large contract deals. . Experience in selling plant equipment into Construction?. Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders (C‑suite, operations heads) and manage objections. . Self‑starter attitude, comfortable working remotely/part‑time, motivated by results. .
