Deliver high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding manufacturing-related inquiries. . Assist customers with questions about products, orders, delivery status, and technical specifications. . Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a prompt and professional response. . Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. . Gather customer insights to help improve product offerings and service quality. . Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements in the manufacturing sector. . . Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. . Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and responsiveness. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks effectively. .
