Nurse Case Manager (Registered Nurse - Contract) at Motion MSK. Position:  Nurse Case Manager (Registered Nurse – Contract). Location: Fully Remote (Must be licensed in Florida). Compensation: $40–$50/hour depending on experience. Hours:  40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ET. Length: Estimated 3–4 months. Job Summary:. We are seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Fracture Prevention Program on a short-term basis. This is a 1099 role, and the contractor will have control over how work is performed, in alignment with applicable program needs, key responsibilities and clinical standards.. The Fracture Prevention Program is designed to identify and support patients at risk for osteoporotic fractures. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work closely with the Nurse Practitioner to provide outreach, patient education on osteoporosis and treatment options, and assist with clinical and administrative duties related to patient screening and care coordination.. Key Responsibilities:. . Patient Education & Outreach: Call patients to review their DXA scan results and educate them on osteoporosis, prevention strategies, and treatment options.. . Clinical Review: Conduct chart reviews to determine if patients meet criteria for DXA screening or osteoporosis treatment.. . Collaborative Care: Work in tandem with the Nurse Practitioner to support clinical decision-making and follow-up care.. . Program Support: Complete administrative tasks such as logging outreach efforts, organizing documentation, and communicating with clinics or imaging centers.. . Follow-Up Coordination: Ensure patients receive follow-up DXA scans, labs, or consultations as needed.. . . Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact RN license with authority to practice in Florida. . 1+ years of nursing experience, ideally in primary care, geriatrics, or preventive health. . Strong time management and organizational skills. . Adaptable to evolving workflows and program development. . Proactive and self-directed in a remote work environment. . Excellent verbal communication and multitasking ability. . Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and communication tools. . Company Location: United States.
