Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries concerning healthcare services, insurance, and patient care via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide support for appointment scheduling, treatment information, and healthcare guidance.. . Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.. . Accurately document each customer interaction in the CRM system for future reference.. . Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to enhance service delivery.. .
