As VP of Sales & Partnerships, you will own top-line revenue across all service verticals while shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, craft compelling pitch narratives, close high-value deals, and drive the expansion of client accounts. This position combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic oversight, providing exposure to innovative consumer commerce brands and the chance to scale a high-performing sales organization. Own and drive top-line revenue, serving as the primary closer for new business opportunities.. . Develop and deliver tailored pitch narratives, proposals, and business solutions to key clients.. . Negotiate and close contracts efficiently while identifying opportunities to expand and upsell existing accounts.. . Build and nurture strategic partnerships to generate inbound opportunities and expand market presence.. . Architect and iterate on scalable sales strategies, playbooks, and CRM processes to ensure consistent pipeline growth and data accuracy.. . Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team, fostering skill development, collaboration, and accountability.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategy, and Client Services to ensure alignment and optimize client success.. . Host key client events and maintain executive-level relationships with prospects and partners.. . . Proven track record as a top-performing sales executive in fast-growing, service-oriented businesses.. . Expertise in building and leading sales organizations and high-performing teams.. . Deep knowledge of consumer commerce, e-commerce ecosystems, and omni-channel marketing strategies (Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop, etc.).. . Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools such as HubSpot, Notion, and Google Sheets.. . Strong network within the consumer commerce space and experience developing strategic partnerships.. . Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.. .
