As Foundation scales its Reddit marketing capabilities for clients, we need someone who can consistently produce native, community-appropriate content across multiple subreddits. This role exists because Reddit is a rule-intensive platform where success depends on understanding and respecting each community's established norms, posting guidelines, and cultural expectations.. Who This Role Is For. Takes time to learn and follow rules: you read subreddit guidelines before posting and respect platform policies. Prefers clear standards and established methods over improvisation or experimentation. Values consistency and reliability. Works well within structure and comfortable following editorial guidelines, brand voice parameters, and content calendars. Pays attention to detail, notices formatting requirements, community norms, and subtle tonal shifts between subreddits. Appreciates feedback and direction, while implementing notes precisely and improve based on clear guidance. Required Experience. Active Reddit user who understands how the platform works. Proven ability to participate without sounding promotional or breaking subreddit or sitewide rules. Clear, concise writing with a human tone. Ability to adjust voice to match different communities and personae. Can move fast and contribute at a steady pace. Curious, observant, and comfortable engaging in real conversations. Experience using AI tools . What You'll Be Responsible For. Writing Reddit posts and comments that fit naturally within specific subreddits. Participate in ongoing threads where your input adds to the conversation. Understand each subreddit’s culture, expectations, and rules, and the sentiments around our clients’ brands in each subreddit. Spot conversation patterns, questions, or themes that could be supported with helpful content. Identify opportunities to add existing insights or material to shape the conversation on Reddit. Collaborate with internal editors and content leads to ensure clarity and accuracy. Occasionally support other content types when needed. What Success Looks Like. You're consistently hitting content volume targets with high approval rates and minimal revisions. Your posts and comments follow subreddit rules precisely – nothing gets removed or flagged for violations. You're reliably implementing feedback and requested changes are applied correctly and don't need to be repeated. Internal teams trust your work requires minimal oversight. Clients see steady, predictable contribution to their Reddit presence without compliance issues or community backlash. Location, Timezone & Work Setup. Work Setup: Fully remote. Primary Target Locations: Global. Timezone: Required overlap with EST timezone for meetings. Compensation. Base Pay Range: $36k – $54k CAD / year Range reflects the North America region.
