Visual Creator . will own both video editing and graphic design deliverables across our client’s paid ads, brand campaigns, and digital content. . Responsibilities include:. . Creating short-form video ads (15–40 seconds) based on campaign briefs, using product b-roll, lifestyle footage, and motion copy overlays. . Design visually compelling static ads and graphics for use across paid social media, email marketing, landing pages, and other digital platforms. . Edit short-form video advertisements, incorporating best practices in pacing, captions, and visual storytelling for performance marketing. . Interpret marketing briefs and translate key messaging into effective visual content. . Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on creative objectives and timelines. . Ensure brand consistency across all creatives, adhering to various licensed IP and character style guides.. . Stay informed of emerging creative trends, tools, and platform requirements (e.g., Meta, TikTok). Conduct competitor research to identify trends, creative strategies, and design inspiration.. . Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. .  . Minimum Monthly Output Expectation:. . 30 ad concepts × 3 variations = . 90 creative deliverables per month. . . . A mix of video edits, static designs, and hybrids, distributed based on ad type. . This also includes formatting and light variation adjustments per platform. . . Landing Pages, Web Banners when needed. .  . Design vs. Video Editing Workload. . 60% Video Editing. . Focused on dynamic product showcases, nostalgic storytelling, and motion-first creative. . 40% Graphic Design. . . Includes static Meta ads, carousel slides, thumbnails,. . . web assets.  (landing pages + banners) when needed.. . .  . This ratio is adaptable depending on the campaign mix each month.. Key Tools or Platforms Required. Video:. . Adobe Premiere Pro (core). . CapCut (for UGC-style speed + vertical formats). . After Effects (for motion graphics/text transitions). . Design:. . Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator (core static ad work). . Figma (for layout mockups, web visuals, and collaborative work). . Canva (optional — for quick resizes or template-based variants). . . Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment. . Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and Figma. . Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles tailored for digital ad performance. . Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to respond well to feedback. . Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. . Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands. . Familiarity with paid media platforms and understanding of ad performance metrics. .
