Accountabilities. . Own end-to-end product design for workflows, developer tools, and AI agent experiences.. . Translate complex technical concepts, APIs, and automation workflows into intuitive and delightful interfaces.. . Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product leaders to rapidly ship and iterate on designs.. . Conduct lean user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate design decisions.. . Maintain and evolve the product design system and ensure consistency across all interfaces.. . Advocate for users, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.. . Drive projects forward with a bias toward action, focusing on practical execution over theory.. . . 5+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated ownership from concept to production.. .
