Apply and be part of our exciting journey!. Responsibilities . . Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. . Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. . Working closely with software and engineering teams. . Take the lead of scrum/agile teams as the Senior Technical Project Manager for particularly presales activities. . Prepare budget proposals, and suggest budget changes if required. . Continuously deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations, and required documentations.. . Providing advanced workflow documentation and design expertise for internal processes. . Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. . Provide coordination between stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget. . Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met. . Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. . Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks. . Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. . Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, if necessary, according to project plan. . . Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience.. . Minimum 7–10 years of total professional experience, including at least 3–4 years of hands-on project management experience in software development projects.. . In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. . Ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points and working ahead of time to alleviate potential issues. . Must be based in . Istanbul. or open to relocation on short notice.. . Must be open to occasional domestic and international business travel.. . Experience building presentations materials and comfortable presenting to stakeholders. . Strong written and oral communication skills both in Turkish and English. . Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving and organizational experience. . Ability to multitask, track and report on multiple workstreams. . Knowledge of various computer applications including Google workspace and Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, etc.). .
