This executive role is focused on driving customer success and business expansion through a strategic, hands-on approach. You will lead the post-sale lifecycle, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform while fostering long-term loyalty. The position involves managing Account Management and Client Success teams, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and Security Operations teams. You will define strategies for retention, upselling, and cross-selling, while driving adoption and satisfaction. Lead, scale, and mentor the Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure high performance and accountability.. . Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and conversion for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.. . Conduct team training focused on relationship-building, de-escalation, and customer engagement.. . Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, and Technical Support teams to deliver technical and product training.. . Conduct 1:1s with team members to monitor accounts, identify bottlenecks, and manage opportunities.. . Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive engagement with strategic accounts.. . Champion a customer-centric culture across the organization, influencing product roadmap and service delivery.. . Define, monitor, and report KPIs around adoption, expansion, retention, and overall customer health.. . Ensure seamless onboarding, ongoing training, and support processes for all customers.. . . 7+ years in client-facing roles, including 2+ years in leadership positions.. . Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or similar roles is a plus.. . Proven success in driving cross-functional initiatives and measurable outcomes.. . Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.. . Analytical mindset with experience in metrics-driven performance and behavioral management.. . Familiarity with churn prediction, onboarding SLAs, customer health scoring, and revenue forecasting.. . Experience in cybersecurity or MSP-focused environments is preferred.. .
