Climate Bonds Initiative (Climate Bonds) is an international not-for-profit organisation working to mobilise global capital for climate action and grow a credible finance market aligned with a 1.5°C pathway and resilient economies. Our work spans science-based sector criteria, Paris-aligned taxonomies, standards and certification, market intelligence, investor networks, research, technical assistance, and policy advisory in nearly 30 countries. . About the Role . We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to work directly with the Chief Investment Officer. This is a dynamic role with high exposure to organisational strategy, investor engagement, and cross-functional operations. You will help shape and deliver Climate Bonds’ 2026–2030 strategy while supporting the growth of our fundraising and investment activities. . Key responsibilities include: . Lead and deliver strategic projects end-to-end, with a focus on implementing our 2026–2030 strategy. . Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and commercial teams to drive firm priorities. . Develop and manage investor communications and fundraising materials, ensuring clarity and impact. . Enhance internal processes and data systems to support organisational growth and efficiency. . What We’re Looking For . 1–3 years’ experience in consulting, startups, venture capital, or similar fast-paced environments. . Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to structure and solve problems. . High comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, hands-on approach to wearing multiple hats. . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. . Passion for impact, with a strong interest in climate action and sustainable finance. .
