The CRO Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, testing hypotheses, and implementing data-backed strategies to optimize the digital customer journey and drive measurable revenue growth.. Duties and Responsibilities:. . Develop and execute a CRO roadmap aligned with business objectives. . . Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, GA4). . . Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, performing post-test analysis to identify winning variants. . . Collaborate with design and development teams to implement UI/UX enhancements. . . Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout funnels to reduce friction and maximize conversions. . . Monitor and report on key performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, CLV). . . Stay updated with CRO best practices, trends, and emerging tools. . . . 3+ years of proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, or e-commerce optimization. . . Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer psychology. . . Hands-on experience with testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize). . . Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools. . . Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus). . .
