Manage customer inquiries related to the e-commerce platform, including order processing, returns, and product information via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.. . Provide clear and comprehensive assistance on account management, payment options, and shipping inquiries.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high standard of satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.. . Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.. . Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and e-commerce trends to provide updated assistance.. . .
