Act as a highly hands-on engineer, spending the majority of time actively writing and shipping production-quality code across the stack.. Design, build and maintain automation workflows using n8n or similar low-code automation platforms.. Evaluate, prototype and integrate AI tools and models into product features.. Champion a pragmatic best practice in code quality, testing, security, performance, and CI/CD.
