We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Engineer focused on testing infrastructure to join a collaborative, distributed engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring software quality and reliability across complex systems. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, resilient test environments, and mentor colleagues in test automation best practices. Accountabilities:. . Design, maintain, and expand automated test infrastructure to increase coverage, speed, and resilience, including end-to-end, integration, API, and performance tests.. . Build and manage reproducible test environments using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure-as-code principles.. . Develop and optimize performance testing strategies and frameworks using internal and external tools.. . Maintain and enhance existing testing frameworks while establishing strategies for future CI/CD improvements.. . Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage, assess risk, and drive continuous product improvement.. . Mentor colleagues and promote a culture of quality and automation best practices across the engineering organization.. . Partner with developers and support teams to investigate customer-reported issues and ensure smooth user experiences.. . . Proven experience building and maintaining test automation infrastructure at scale.. . Strong skills in automated testing using tools such as Cypress or Python-based frameworks.. . Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).. .
