In this role, you will collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure governance systems are built on sound architectural principles and aligned with user needs. You will translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights, analyze performance data from both Web2 and Web3 environments, and support the design of governance tools that enhance decision-making. Accountabilities. . Collaborate with technical stakeholders to understand system architecture and the design of governance tools.. . Work with business stakeholders to provide technical context and ensure governance designs meet strategic objectives.. . Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, fostering shared understanding and minimizing delivery risks.. . Support governance tooling requirements by providing architectural insights, technical trade-off analysis, and performance data.. . Analyze and document governance tools and related systems such as blockchains, smart contracts, APIs, wallets, and voting dApps.. . Gather and clean on-chain and off-chain data, with or without APIs, to inform governance design and monitor performance.. . Maintain consistent data organization and ensure adherence to relevant regulations such as GDPR.. . . Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.. . Minimum 3 years of experience in software architecture and/or development.. . Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle.. . Experience working on open-source development projects.. . Strong knowledge of credential management best practices.. . Skilled in gathering data from Web2 and Web3 systems, with or without APIs.. .
