We provide 1-on-1 live sessions and help students build real tech skills.. 🎯 Role Overview. We are looking for a Presales Support Intern to assist parents and students during their trial sessions.. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth session experience, solving technical issues, and acting as the communication bridge between parents and instructors.. 🛠 Responsibilities. • Assist parents and students in joining their trial session (Zoom/Platform support). • Solve basic technical issues (audio, camera, login issues). • Act as a bridge between tutor and parent if any issue occurs. • Respond to parents' booking questions. • Ensure smooth session start & follow-up when needed. • Maintain high attendance & positive experience rate. 🌎 Requirements. • Intermediate English (spoken & written). • Good communication & problem-solving skills. • Calm under pressure. • Basic technical knowledge (Zoom, browsers, internet troubleshooting). • Available for midnight shift (aligned with North America time zones). 💡 Preferred. • Experience in customer support. • Experience in EdTech. • Experience handling international clients.
