Job Summary. We’re looking for a . Technical Project Manager. to serve as the . central point of contact. for all ongoing projects. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between sales, clients, and developers — helping analyse project feasibility, enforce scope boundaries, and ensure successful delivery of SaaS and software solutions.. You’ll work closely with SDRs and technical teams to manage multiple concurrent projects, track KPIs, and ensure timely execution under agile delivery frameworks.. Key Responsibilities. Act as the primary coordinator between SDRs, developers, and clients. . Evaluate new projects for technical fit and delivery feasibility. . Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. . Facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum or Kanban). . Manage project documentation, scope, and timelines using PM tools like . HighLevel. and others. . Collaborate with developers to ensure proper handoff and progress tracking. . Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, setting expectations and pushing back when necessary. . Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics, reporting results to leadership.. 3+ years’ experience managing technical or software delivery projects. Strong understanding of modern web applications, SaaS platforms, and APIs. Proven experience working directly with developers and technical teams. Proficiency with HighLevel and general project management software. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Kanban frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to enforce scope and maintain clear project boundaries. Experience in SaaS, digital agencies, or productized service environments.
