In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy and compliance of documentation processes that support behavior therapy services. USA hours,.  Mon - Fri, from 9am to 6pm EST time. (15h00pm to 00h00am South African time - subject to change depending on daylight savings). . . Key Responsibilities:  . . Conduct . NoteGuard reviews. and follow-ups with Behavior Technicians (BTs) to maintain documentation accuracy . . Collect and manage . Treatment Plan (TP) signatures. . . Perform audits and quality checks in . Learning Tree. . . Support additional QA tasks and projects as assigned. . . Strong proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly . . Prior experience in . ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). or behavioral health is a plus . . Excellent time management and organizational skills . . Professional and pleasant communication skills, both written and verbal . .
