Performance Marketing Head at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Salary range: Rs 1800000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 18-30 LPA). Min Experience: 8 years. Location: Bengaluru, Remote (India). JobType: full-time. The Performance Marketing Head will own and drive the overall performance marketing strategy across digital and ecommerce platforms. This role requires a strategic leader with strong analytical depth who can scale revenue, optimize ROI, and build high-impact marketing engines through data-led decision-making. The role will also oversee campaign execution, reporting, and team performance to ensure sustained growth across channels.. Key Responsibilities. Performance Marketing Strategy & Growth. Define and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives. . Set clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and growth targets across digital and ecommerce channels. . Lead marketing strategy for new product launches and scale-up of premium or higher AOV product portfolios. . Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, channel expansion, and optimization. . Campaign & Channel Management. Own and optimize paid marketing across ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, and similar platforms. . Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, positioning, and overall marketing objectives. . Drive continuous testing across creatives, formats, audiences, and bidding strategies. . Data, Analytics & Reporting. Analyze campaign and platform performance to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. . Build structured reporting frameworks and present performance insights, ROI, and growth metrics to leadership. . Use data to guide budget allocation, channel prioritization, and optimization decisions. . Budget Ownership & ROI Management. Own and manage performance marketing budgets across platforms to maximize ROI. . Track spends, forecast outcomes, and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets. . Drive efficiency improvements through cost optimization and performance scaling. . Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Lead, mentor, and manage performance marketing and marketing operations team members. . Work closely with creative, content, brand, and growth teams to develop high-performing creatives and messaging. . Collaborate with SEO, social media, and lifecycle marketing teams for integrated campaign execution. . Skills & Competencies. Strong expertise in performance marketing, ecommerce, and quick-commerce ecosystems. . Deep understanding of digital acquisition metrics, attribution, and ROI optimization. . Proven leadership experience in managing teams and scaling marketing functions. . Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. .
