As Director of People Enablement, you will design and lead the strategy that empowers employees to succeed, grow, and thrive. Your scope will cover company-wide onboarding, manager development, leadership training, and the implementation of scalable learning platforms. You will be responsible for measuring impact, iterating on programs using data and feedback, and ensuring enablement initiatives evolve with the business. This role requires close collaboration with People Partners and Talent leaders, as well as the ability to inspire and manage a small, high-performing team. Ultimately, you will shape the experiences that make employees more effective, engaged, and likely to grow within the company.. Accountabilities:. . Own the end-to-end People Enablement strategy, from vision and design to execution and scaling.. . Lead and enhance company-wide onboarding to set new employees up for success.. . Build and deliver impactful programs for manager development and leadership growth.. . Develop learning pathways that prepare leaders for greater scope and influence.. . Select and manage platforms that enable scalable, self-service learning experiences.. . Track program effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously improve initiatives.. . Partner with People Partners and Talent/Performance leaders to align development programs with business priorities.. . Build, lead, and motivate a small but high-impact team to deliver high-quality enablement initiatives.. . . 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Enablement, or related fields, including 2+ years managing teams.. . Proven success in designing and scaling onboarding, manager, and leadership programs within high-growth environments.. . Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect people development to company performance and culture.. . Skilled in using learning platforms and tools to deliver engaging and scalable training.. . Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.. .
