The Senior Business Intelligence Analytics Partner will manage and deliver analytic solutions, transforming complex healthcare data into scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations. You will leverage both technical expertise and a deep understanding of business operations to guide analytics projects from conception to implementation. This position emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement, enabling operational teams to make data-driven decisions that enhance outcomes and efficiency.. . Accountabilities. . Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop analytics solutions that drive impact.. . Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned focus areas, providing guidance on best practices and solutions.. . Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.. . Write and maintain code across multiple data platforms (SQL Server, Data Bricks, etc.) to extract and transform data.. . Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation, quality checks, and user acceptance testing.. . Manage work in sprints or Kanban, defining clear objectives, success criteria, and progress tracking.. . Support continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and processes.. . Perform other duties as assigned to support analytics and reporting initiatives.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.. . Experience with dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting for operational insights.. . Knowledge of healthcare data systems and analytics best practices is preferred.. .
