Web & Brand Graphic Designer. who can create high-converting, conversion-optimized visuals for web, mobile, email, and social media. You’ll be tasked with building beautiful, functional assets across landing pages (Replo, Shogun, Webflow), email campaigns (Klaviyo), and Shopify product pages, while also supporting brand storytelling across our visual system. This is a fully remote role that requires excellent communication, proactive time management, and a strong portfolio of web and e-commerce work.. Responsibilities. . Landing Page Design: Create and prepare visually impactful landing pages using platforms like Replo, Shogun, or Webflow.. . Shopify Design Support: Design assets for product pages, homepage banners, collections, and other on-site visual needs.. . Email & SMS Visuals: Design clean, on-brand graphics for Klaviyo email campaigns, flows, and A/B testing.. . Paid Ad Graphics: Produce high-converting static ad creatives optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.. . Social Media Content: Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.. . Web Asset Optimization: Ensure all design assets are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.. . Design Systems: Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.. . Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, copywriters, and growth team to execute campaign designs aligned with performance goals.. . File Management: Organize, label, and deliver assets in a clean, systematized way that makes collaboration easy.. . Continuous Improvement: Bring fresh inspiration and ideas to every sprint, grounded in performance, but guided by brand.. . . 2–4+ years of experience as a graphic designer in an eCommerce or digital-first agency environment. . Demonstrated portfolio of Shopify, landing page, or direct-response design work. . Familiarity with DTC brand ecosystems and performance-based creative work. . Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, UI/UX, or related field is preferred but not required if work experience is strongProficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. . . Experience using Webflow, Replo, Shogun, or similar Shopify-compatible tools. . Comfortable working inside Klaviyo and building visuals for email marketing. . Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for eCommerce and landing pages. . Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and responsive design. . Skilled in creating and managing design systems and shared libraries. . Strong photo editing skills with a keen eye for lighting, white balance, and composition; highly detail-oriented. . Familiarity with AI creative tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and other generative design technologies. . Familiarity with Canva and other collaborative design tools. . Experience designing assets for performance marketing (ads, emails, etc.). . Strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency. . Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). . Ability to manage feedback, multiple timelines, and rapid iteration. . Company Location: Brazil.
