Support the full 180 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews.. . Build and manage a talent pipeline across the IT and white-collar sectors.. . Work closely with the UK-based client services team to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.. . Use LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage talent.. . Leverage automation tools and AI to streamline recruitment workflows and increase efficiency.. . Keep CRM and ATS systems up to date with accurate candidate and process data.. . Provide timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.. . Qualifications and Experience. . . Up to 3 years of experience. in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (180 model preferred).. . . Exposure to international work environments. is required – not limited to recruitment.. .
