In this role, you will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of D365 CRM projects while ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery. Key accountabilities include:. . Leading the development of integrated solutions based on business needs and technology requirements.. . Reviewing and analyzing existing systems, datasets, and user requirements to design effective solutions.. . Configuring and developing CRM Dynamics and .NET technology-based solutions.. . Establishing and maintaining standards for project deliverables.. . Overseeing migration, integration, and deployment of D365 line-of-business applications.. . Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the delivery cycle.. . Leading project teams through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.. . Providing architectural oversight, issue resolution, and documentation for data migration, integration, and security models.. . Managing DevOps work items and daily scrum sessions to ensure smooth delivery.. . To be successful in this role, you should bring extensive experience and strong technical expertise, along with leadership and collaboration skills. Desired qualifications include:. . 8+ years of experience with CE/CRM and at least 15 medium/large-scale implementations.. . Proven technical architecture expertise in Dynamics 365 CE.. . Current Dynamics 365 CE certifications are highly desirable.. . Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, Office 365, and Azure Data Factory.. . Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.. . Familiarity with Agile methodology and multicultural, multi-time zone collaboration.. . Ability to work independently in dynamic environments and deliver results with limited direction.. . Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.. .
