The Executive Assistant will provide essential day-to-day support to ensure smooth business operations across the client’s ventures. The role requires someone who can juggle tasks like email and calendar management, coordinate across multiple business activities, and serve as a reliable partner in keeping operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities while working independently.. Key Responsibilities. . Take full ownership of inbox management, including triaging, categorising, drafting, and preparing daily digests.. . Act as the gatekeeper of the business owner’s calendar, prioritising and managing scheduling requests.. . Support systemisation efforts, including documentation and process-building within Notion, Monday.com, or other knowledge base tools.. . Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups.. . Assist with personal assistant duties for the business owner, where needed.. . Manage documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and efficiency.. . Track tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure timely delivery.. .
