Retail Operations Manager . who will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain and sales performance for the brand’s key retail partners.. This position will drive demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management through close collaboration with both internal teams and external retail partners. The goal is to ensure optimal product availability while maintaining efficient operations and strong retailer relationships.. . . Bachelor's Degree. in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. . 3-5 years experience in retail operations or supply chain management. . Strong knowledge of CPFR methodologies and tools. . Excellent data analysis and Excel skills. . Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. . CPG industry experience required. . Experience with Target required.. . . Collaborative Demand Planning:. . Lead joint business planning with retail partners to align on demand, promotions, and seasonal strategies. . Ensure accurate and timely demand forecasts. . Monitor and adjust forecasts to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. . Inventory Management & Replenishment:. . Optimize inventory levels across retail locations. . Use data insights to adjust inventory based on sales velocity and promotions. . Implement CPFR processes to improve order-to-delivery efficiency. . Store Operations & Execution:. . Coordinate with service providers on in-store initiatives. . Address in-stock issues using real-time data. . Work with retail partners to optimize store-level performance. . Data Analytics & Reporting:. . Analyze sales, inventory, and promotional data. . Present KPIs to stakeholders. . Develop strategic recommendations for growth. . Cross-Functional Collaboration:. .
