Provide virtual therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and/or families using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.. . Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.. . Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes within our user-friendly EHR system.. . Apply culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that reflects clients' identities and experiences.. . Coordinate with other professionals and refer clients to additional services as appropriate.. . Participate in optional peer consultation groups and continuing education opportunities.. . . Active LCSW license in California (Required; must be in good standing).. . Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.. . At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (more preferred).. . Must reside in California and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.. . Experience providing therapy for a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.. .
