Provide high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat. . Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and return processes. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment. . Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings. . Stay informed about products, promotions, and trends in the retail industry. . . Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset. . Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred. .
