As a Program Manager, you will lead the implementation and oversight of educational programs, ensuring exceptional experiences for all stakeholders. You will manage relationships with site partners, AmeriCorps members, and community organizations while monitoring program fidelity and student outcomes. This role involves coaching, training, and providing technical support to ensure successful program execution, as well as tracking compliance with organizational and grant requirements. You will collaborate across teams, influence program improvements, and support recruitment and onboarding efforts, all within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values equity and high impact.. Accountabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for:. . Managing cohorts of tutors and AmeriCorps members, providing performance coaching, mediation, and individualized support.. . Ensuring successful program implementation and student outcomes by monitoring progress, supporting interventions, and collaborating with internal coaches.. . Developing and maintaining strong site partnerships with principals, teaching staff, and community stakeholders.. . Ensuring compliance with organizational, program, and AmeriCorps rules, including member documentation, time tracking, and prohibited activities.. . Supporting program training and professional development initiatives, including session creation, delivery, and logistics.. . Representing programs externally by fostering community partnerships, promoting the program at events, and supporting media or legislative engagement.. . Assisting with full-cycle recruitment of AmeriCorps members, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3+ years of program management or implementation experience, ideally in a non-profit or educational setting.. . Proven experience building partnerships, fostering collaboration, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.. . Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and effective communication.. . Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.. . Experience structuring tasks, tracking progress, and achieving goals independently.. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; database experience and video conferencing skills preferred.. .
